Today was a very full day. We started out by walking in our towns Teddy Bear parade. The kid's school participates each year so we decided to join in. Daddy got up early and decorated the wagon and we headed to town. When we got there we waited a long time for our turn to join the parade - we were in the last group. While we waited daddy took them around to see the firetrucks and some other sites - unfortunately I was back with the wagon and the camera so we missed pictures of them on the horses they went to visit. They stood and watched the rest of the parade go by and then it was finally our turn. The wanted to walk and they walked a good portion. When they got tired Anna ended up on daddy's shoulders and AJ in the wagon. It was fun seeing some friends in the crowd along the way.
After the parade we drove to Hood River to go apple picking. The kids had so much fun picking the apples and we came home with a lot of apples that I now have to do something with all of them :-)

Getting a little tired along the way

I've been in that teddy bear parade before! Cute pictures. Looks like lots of fun. The apple picking sounds wonderful. There is nothing like a hand picked NW apple in season!!
Enjoy!
Gotta love Fall! The teddy parade is such a cute idea!
