We had a really fun day at Disneyland and the kids lasted a lot longer than we thought they would. We had a couple of incidents during the day but for the most part they did really well. Besides having Aunt Marian, Uncle Dan and cousin Kelsey along we had the added bonus of Auntie E and Uncle J - Troy's oldest sister and her husband. They just happened to have planned a vacation to Southern Cal the same week as we did and we did not know it until the day before we left. Our one day at Disneyland overlapped with one of theirs! Yeah!!
We started out with the caurosel ride and then on to Dumbo. We got in line for it just before the line got long. On almost every ride we rode on we were the first people on the next round so they got to pick their favorite colors etc. It was kind of neat how it all worked out.

Dumbo - they LOVED this ride!

AJ is fascinated with trains and really enjoyed the two train rides he got to take!

The only thing we could figure out here is that Anna was trying to stretch Daddy's ears out like Dumbos :-)

While mommy rode Pirates of the Carribean - guess who got icecream :-)

I posted the wrong picture of Tigger on the previous post - this is one of my favorites from the day and the kids loved meeting Tigger as well!

Auntie E with the kids in Mickey's car just after we met him. A cute story about meeting Mickey - Just before going in to Mickey's house the kids were eating goldfish crackers - AJ carried one all the way through Mickey's house and the first thing he did when he met him was give him the cracker :-) We were last in line in our group meeting Mickey which worked to our advantage as we were able to spend a little more time with him :-)

Hanging out in Minnie's house

The kids took a minute to blog about their trip on Minnie's computer :-)

We stood in line for a long time to meet three princesses. When we finally got in there AJ was sooooo excited as you can see from the look on his face! They really don't know the stories of any of these characters but were still so excited to be meeting all of them!

WOW - what a great holiday! We've been kind of thinking about something like that soon - but I think another road trip to China first!
